With objective reducing the amount of waste going to landfill or leaking into the environment through public-private partnership in waste management in Lam Dong commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city. The project is designed with 4 components:

- Component 01: Collect data and build cooperation platform in waste management, as the basis to support the current and future waste management system

- Component 02: Raise awareness, capacity and behavior change of Lam Dong community on waste management and Zero waste practice

- Component 03: Improve waste management efficiency through connecting waste sorting, waste collection and piloting circular economy models

- Component 04: Evaluate pilot models document, share lessons learned and handling over the result
