The Science Film Festival is a celebration of science communication in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Held since 2005, the Science Film Festival is an annual event organized by the Goethe-Institut. It promotes science literacy and facilitates awareness of contemporary scientific, technological and environmental issues through international films with accompanying educational activities.
In the context and aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic; health, mental well-being and environmental issues are more important than ever. With the theme "Better understanding for better health", this year, Science Film Festival's theme will bring these issues out into the open.
GreenHub is honored to be one of four social organizations in Vietnam, co-organizing the events of Science Film Festival 2021 - SFF 21 to be held from October 15 to December 24, 2021. Implementing the series of events, GreenHub combines film screening activities with project activities for "Collaboration and Spread". The series of events will be carried out in GreenHub’s project sites: Phu Yen province, Hanoi and Hai Phong cities.
